I bought this knife and the belt clip broke. Can i buy an extra one from the company.

I reached out to them when mine broke. I jokingly told them I had to "revert back to my Gerber" and they ended up sending me a replacement clip, with screws, along with a second set "just in case it breaks again so you don't have to revert back to Gerber" which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely above and beyond expectations. It didn't break again, and I unfortunately lost the knife, so I just ordered another one. I've recommended this knife to friends, and even more after receiving such awesome customer service!

Why is this unavailable to my upstate New York address where it is absolutely and completely legal to own and carry?
