Covid-19 was giving me the quarantine blues, so I picked up this PS4 hoping to get some great gaming time in while I'm not so busy at work, and boy I was not disappointed. Most of the past negative reviews Ive seen have just been complete stupidity on the customers part. No, you don't receive 4 wireless controllers in the bundle, nor does it say anywhere that you will. Yes, my box came a little beat up and rough around the edges with a white out sticker over the 1 terabyte mark on the box, but it's an upgraded PS4! The upgrades are done by a small company, not at the factory, so of course they need to open the box!!! The PS4 is immaculate, the storage size is perfect at 1.78 TB (you will lose a fraction of a terabyte because the system OS takes up space) it runs amazingly, and the with the protection plan I'm pretty confident if there are any issues in the future they will be handled without much stress. Overall, I'm enjoying the console and being able to load GTA5 in half the time is definitely worth it!

Okay I opened the box and tried everything out and everything seemed to work just fine. However upon review other people who has made the same purchase received a game inside the PS4 pro bundle however I did not receive a game at all and I've contacted the seller and no response to the matter but other than that the system seems to work pretty good so I give this item 4/5 stars however if they make it right with me then I would come back and update my review to 5 stars...

Came as described. Works amazingly and is a huge step up from my day 1. Can’t hear a sound even when playing the new Ghost of Tsushima.

Seller changed original hard drive, which void PS4 warranty. So you have to have it in mind. Mine hard drive broke after more than half year use, and no warranty neither from seller neither from Sony. Do not recommend.
