Sounds great, but a couple problems, SVS Customer Service is excellent
I'm a huge SVS fan. I already own two of their sub-woofers, so I felt pretty confident when buying this 2.1 system for my computer. They arrived on time from World Wide Stereo (Amazon Vendor), and I quickly and easily got them set up.The problem started when I tried to update the firmware. By downloading the PlayFi app, my speakers needed a standard firmware update. So I started it, and about 10 minutes in, the app was just spinning, and not doing anything. I restarted it, but now, I could no longer wifi connect to the speakers. I tried different things for 15 minutes, but finally gave up, and called the SVS support line. This was an excellent experience. They answered on the first ring, I spoke with a human, and explained the problem. We tried a factory reset, but it didn't work. The guy went and spoke with an engineer, and got back on the phone and said it was a known problem that if a firmware download was interrupted, the speakers could become useless. They immediately sent me a return label (to SVS headquarters in Ohio), and put a new pair of speakers in the mail to me. This was remarkable customer service, no hassle, no games, just "we apologize, and here come your new speakers." They even had a pair sent that already had updated firmware so I didn't have to mess with it again. When I received my new speakers, I've had no problem (besides one below) and I'm very happy with my purchase.The Good:These speakers look awesome. Black Piano finish on the left and right, and the Black Ash Sub-woofer is sharp.These speakers sound great. The sound is crisp and clear, the sub-woofer adds all the bass you could ask for.Easy set-up, and box to use was only a few minutes.The Bad:Besides the above, I'm unable to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth to the speakers. I connect regularly to many bluetooth devices, but no matter how hard I try, the bluetooth pairing will not pop up on my phone. Luckily, these are computer speakers for me, and I don't need to connect on Bluetooth, so it isn't an issue for me. I have not called SVS on this issue, and to be honest, it could very well just be a problem with my phone (I won't know until I replace my phone).Conclusion: The firmware update problem was likely a rare occurrence and I just got unlucky. SVS handled that situation with professionalism, speed, and very little hassle. SVS is a company that "gets it." The Bluetooth problem could be a game changer for some, but to me it just doesn't matter that much. The speakers sound is great though. The bass is deep, the music is clear. They handle computer games perfectly. I recommend these speakers, but don't hesitate to call SVS if you have the same problems I had.

EXCELLENT SOUND
These speakers are the clearest, cleanest speakers I have heard in a long time. Being wireless, and running sound from my PC - I didn't expect performance of this caliber. Excellent buy.
