Everyone needs this
This is a life saver. Been using one for years. I now buy them for family who will be traveling. It protects the clothes well from all the different temperatures you get from the hotel irons.

Does the trick, performs as described
On first impression it looked like it would tear easily, but it’s made well. It’s as described and I used it on my Lacoste shirts to avoid scorch at the buttons. I did only use on the silk temperature on my iron to avoid issues described in another post here. No burns and the garment remains soft.

Broke after first use!!
The very reason I purchased this iron was for the retractable cord feature. Wouldn't you know it this is the very feature that broke after the first use? The button is made of cheap plastic and just popped right out after pushing it to retract the cord after use. There is no way for the button to be set back in the iron permanently so, each time I use the iron, the broken piece needs to be carefully placed back into the hole and gently pressed for the cord to retract. No product should break during its initial use. 1 star is all this deserves.

Money Well Spent
I purchased this item. I've never used this type of item before. I iron very well. Now I'm retired I only wear suits on Sunday services. So far I'm pleased. I don't have to worry about ruining all the new suits ties shirts that I'll buy this year. I have a new cheap iron & this item everything looks like it came from the dry cleaners.

Works really well providing you use the correct heat settings -- then you have no scorch marks and a nice finish!

Pressing any garment is a precious and important stage, sometimes various heat and pressure needs to be adjusted in order to achieve the proper finish. This product ensures that none of your fabrics will be burnt, great tool to have as a designer.
