don't take from refrigerator to heat
I love this cookware. Had a full set, but lost most of it in an earthquake. Didn't realize how much I missed it.

Easy to season, fun to cook
I bought this along with a couple recipe books and it's fun and efficient to prepare single pot meals in the oven. I have not used this on my stove top as I have induction that only works with iron cookware but it excells in keeping foods moist when cooking in the oven. I seasoned it with a cup of water, 1 chopped carrot, and a tablespoon of olive oil, cooked for 45 min at 300F. Then just wiped it clean. I use the small size when cooking for two, but probably will also acquire a large size as well.

I love this pot
I love this pot! It's the perfect size to serve two people. Feels good to know that the food is healthy without any heavy metals soaking into the food. Thanks so much to Ancient Cookware for making this available and for the people that made it! I feel blessed.

Black stain even after few months use???
After seasoning and few months cooking... I still get black stain from inside. Decide not to use it anymore.

Wonderful pot that helps create wonderful food
We bought one a few years ago that my husband (the chef in our family) uses very frequently to cook, perfectly and evenly, wonderful dishes often in the oven. His son and wife admired both the pot, and the food that came from it, so this year we gifted them one for the holidays. Now we admire the food that they create in their own pot!

The Ancient Cookware Replacement.
My husband love the pot although it is much smaller than his original yaba pot that was cracked during moving.
