I'm 5'8 it is a little small but it's still pretty bad ass. I really like it, I use this for lower abs, upper abs and incline and decline dumbbell exercises i got rig of my weight bench and now i just use this, dumbbells' and body weight.... wayyyyy better now.

I love it! It was easy to assemble (i am 5ft, 120lbs) and the packaging was so nice meaning everything from the box it arrived in, to the internal package was neat, organized and well put together.,.you could tell that is was packaged with love! It's sturdy, it is lovely to look at ( I love the pop of blue) and it's comfortable to lay on. I just finished doing 10 sit-ups! I am super excited i bought this, and if you are looking for an ab bench you cannot go wrong with this one! I will say if you are very tall (over 6ft) it may run a little short for you. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

Started using this sit-up bench for quick home workouts, and it’s been solid so far. The frame feels sturdy, the padding is comfortable, and adjusting the height is simple. It folds up easily too, which is great if you don’t want equipment taking over your space. The only downside is the length, it’s shorter than I expected, so taller people might not get a perfect fit. It still works fine for me, just something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a good, compact bench for basic ab and core workouts, especially if you’re limited on space.

Awesome I'm 5ft 125lbs and this is perfect I love that I can fold it and store it away... if you're tall it may be kinda a hassle but it'll still work, for anyone not actually using there's in the reviews it's because they don't won't to work out!!!! It's a great bench!

It looks good and utilitarian. I will use and keep because I am too lazy to send back but I was a bit disappointed. It is well made and I use for my exercise bands, use with a pillow. Has parts to it that I don't know why they are there.?

I like how compact it is, it can be even folded when not used. And the cushions are very comfortable, easy to assemble. What I don’t like about this is that it’s actually a bit small and short for men. My husband doesn’t like sitting on it but I do! Haha

First this product arrived very promptly and was packaged very well, assembly was very easy and didn't take much time at all. I brought this bench because it folds making it compact and convient, it is very sturdy and handles body weight very well, it is great for the ab work that I want to do, overall it is a great value and a very good product.

The product is easy to assemble and looks good. However once assembled, it does not sit flat on the floor and has a little bend to it. Aside from that, it is a light product and as such it is really easy to tip over on its side when exercising. Will be returning for a refund. If all you want is something portable and foldable that is light to carry, and for occasional use, then it might work fine for you.
