I bought it to help control my glucose, as I read online and many a website that it would help. Well after 3 months, no effect. I increase dosage to 1 teaspoon am and PM and nothing to eat before it in AM and nothing to eat after in evening. No complaints about item description, but it didn't work for me or else product was not pure.
