Exactly as advertised, but not quite deep enough for my purposes. I will likely user it for something else, though. Nice weight and good finish. The acrylic window keeps it lighter, too.

I do like these, but gve them three stars because I thought they looked a little too "modern" for what is essentially a craft style that focuses on vintage or aged looking items. These look brand new. I've got to figure out a way to distress them.BUT, they are great for my purposes. One I am planning on putting a thin lace in the background, a few tiny buttons glued inside, as well as a small b/w photo of my sewing grandma.But you don't want to hear my plans: go to Pinterest and prepare to be amazed. Type in "pocket watch" and the ideas are endless.Quality wise, these are heavy and solid with secure attachments. Do NOT buy the cheaper ones on Ebay from China as they aren't strong and probably contain lead.

This pocket watch is really nice. I made a cross stitch pattern to put in it, and it was a little bigger than I had expected. But the only problem I had with it, is the back does not want to stay on. It kinda pops back off. But I’m going to try a little hot glue and it should keep it on.

Like the item, but I purchased 4 of them and only received 2. I cannot find who I need to contact to get the other two. I guess sad thing about ordering online.

Used this to make a memory piece for my husband at our wedding. Put a picture of his deceased brother inside, worked perfectly! Glued a pin on the back so he could wear it. Had some trouble getting the back off of it though. Think i took needle nose pliers and was able to get it to separate. Other than the minor issue of opening it, it worked perfect

Mine arrived with the glass shattered. The back half will hold something up to about 1 5/8" in diameter. The size visible through the window is about 1 7/16" in diameter. The depth inside the case is less than 1/4", so it won't hold a NeoPixel 12 and Gemma stacked.

I only got one pocket frame watch but I ordered two! Sorry the second one just got delivered!

Great piece to make into your own work in. Have used multiples of these and have always been happy with the quality.
