Simply the best way to use coconut milk
Coconut milk in powder form is the best way to have coconut milk. You don't waste anything, you can make it as stron or weak as you like - AND it keeps! Not like when you buy a tin of it and you either have to use it all or you chuck it away after a few days in the fridge.Sourcing powdered coconut milk is not always easy and having moved away from a ready source of Asian shops where I could buy it, I came to the Internet.

Coconut Milk Powder
Bought for a special recipe which specified coconut milk powder... and no substitutes! It arrived quickly and was well packed, so very happy with my purchase. The powder itself is difficult to find in local shops, so was delighted when I found just what I wanted and in a popular brand.

It a very useful ingredient and better than having a tin if only a small quantity is needed, Only problem is that I have only just noticed that it contains "MILK PROTEINS" . WHY???? It is supposed to be COCONUT not a dairy product. Not sure if this will be OK to use for anyone who has a Dairy intolerance. Anyone know?
