Is there a seal on the package?

I ordered the 13 oz tub. It had no tamper-proof seal and was not in a safety sealed box. It smelled bad, almost a chemical smell. I returned it.

Could i use this as a daily moisturiser? i love this product, and my skin is pretty dry, just want to make sure it would be effective for daily use!

You can use it everyday, but this isn't a moisturizer. This is just like vaseline except this has no petroleum. Vanicream ointment is an occlusive. So what you would do is apply any moisturizer on damp skin and then apply the vanicream ointment on top. I use vanicream lotion as my moisturizer and then add vanicream ointment on top.

what is the difference between the exlusive edition of the vaniply ointment for $ 12.47 vs. regular 2.5 oz for $ 7.50 ??

Not sure. If it does not say Vanicream Ointment, I wouldn't buy.

What’s the consistency of this? Is it creamy, oily,….?

It is thick: kind of close to the consistency of creamy peanut butter, but clear. That's why having a bit of water left on the skin helps it spread thinly and easily. It is not oily feeling at all, and absorbs into the skin almost immediately.
