Sardines, beans, and greens!
Hola: I luv, luv, luv the taste and texture of these sardines and ordered a case of 12. I'll continue ordering. I like to use a base of smashed cannelloni beans, or mashed potatoes, then work in a can of these sardines...kind of like ice cream with add-ins. The oil tasted very good and using the oil means I don't have to use any other kind of liquid. I serve open faced style, on really toasted bread, and have also used Ritz butter crackers in lieu of toast. A serving of veggies on the side and tap water to drink. I really savor the flavor...and I'll be buying again! Cuidate, CL

They are pretty decent!
I didn't know what to expect from this, but they are pretty good. There is definitely a different taste from the sardines that we are accustomed to in the USA (North America) that are imported from Canada. To me, there is more of a smokey flavor, and the taste of the fish is milder and less, "fishy". Although its packaged in olive oil, you cannot taste any olive flavor, but its still good. There also isn't really a salt issue. My only problem is that its a bit overpriced (from the seller that I chose), because the can is a bit smaller than what we're used to, but I would still buy it again.

A lot of fish in one can.
I love sardines and I have many different types in my pantry at any given time. I was curious about harissa oil as I have never tried it before and I've never had sardines from Tunisia. It was not as spicy as I expected based on harissa recipes I've seen online. but the flavor was excellent and a good diversion from Moroccan olive oil-based sardines. What surprised me was the amount of fish inside the can. There were about 8 sardines in the can, which makes these a great value. I ate it with toast and was certainly satisfied.

Delicious-Great Value!
I just enjoyed my first serving and they were great. The olive oil was very good and the can was fully packed with well processed fish. Also there was no smoked flavor such as found in many other brands. This is a great product for the money and at age 74, I've tried them all at least once. Also the tin was easy to open with the pull-tab. (don't add salt until you try them first)

Well worth the price
Sardines are larger than most, a few in each can. No raw taste, unlike other brands. Delectable Mediterranean olive oil, good for dipping. Excellent value, best ever.

From someone who actually eats sardines
No, I don't have a degree in sardines, but I've eaten 100's of tins from Portugal (the real experts) and Spain. This is a great little product. Could they have done a better job of punching the tins at the shop? Sure. No big deal. The product inside is top rate and it's only a pity that they don't offer other flavors.
