The best for baking!
I always use White Lily flour for baking, the cakes rise higher and are delicious. I used to be able to find it in local stores, but for some reason they all stopped carrying it. Will always buy White Lily from Amazon.

Does this flour have salt and baking soda in it? I love but confused how to use it.

the only flour to use if making pie crusts.
I use this flour only for pie crust and keep it in the freezer. It makes a light crispy pie crust that no other flour can do. Several generations in my family has only used White Lily flour for pie crust. It is readily available in the South, but I no longer live there but in the Pacific NW.
