Jazzy Gift Baskets: Making & Decorating Glorious Presents Hardcover

I purchased this book 2 years ago in 2010 and am still today inspired by the creative designs Ms. Browning came up with. I am a gift basket designer and while I still use a majority of "standard" baskets, I enjoy taking things up a notch with these inspiring creations. They make me want to think outside of the box and I know I am giving a gift or selling something that is unique. I don't make the homemade items (i.e. food/soap), but if you do that sort of thing it and have time to embellish the actual baskets you will be giving a fabulous gift! I wouldn't personally have time to do both. I find the instructions easy to follow.

Out of the many books out on making gift baskets, this is at the top. The designs are beautiful, as well as the instructions on how to replicate. It has encouraged me to try creating gift baskets as a home based business.

Our church bazaar has a booth of filled baskets. This book gave me ideas I wouldnever have thought of. Large and small - all these baskets are so special.This is another Marie Browning book you will want to own...Kathy M - Minnesota

I really enjoyed this book, there we great ideas and beautiful photos of the completed basket. My only complaint (if I should call it that) is that there is so much homemade things. As A new business I am concerned about putting homemade items such as cookies, breads, soaps and bath stuff due to legal issues.

Thought it would have more ideals, than I had already have done. It had a few, so look forward to incorporating in what I already do.

I'm starting a gift basket business and this book is great for finding new ways to decorate the baskets and other containers I use.

Not what I expected

Love this book... seen it in my Library... and just had to have it.... I know I'll enjoy having this as the Holidays come up... Also i'm Pleased with everything that I have ordered from Amazon.

I really liked this book. Although it contains specific projects and I am not always a fan of such books as prefer to have general principles and methods explained to me, the projects were varied and the book also contained lots of useful and general information about dressing baskets, different types of containers, contents and themes. I would heartily recommend this book for people new to baskets and those who are seeking inspiration as I think this book definitely does this!!
