4* and excellent service when parts were missing
There are parts missing with the order it was a Christmas gift... A replacement was sent quickly. The construction video was good. A small amount of experience with Arduino programming is needed and a more explicit first tutorial would help. For some reason, the forward/backward pins for the motors had to be reversed in the software to get the directions right, but otherwise the programs are useful.
