Arrived in good time..Easy to assemble and set up.Water tastes good with a double filter PH01 and PH02.Happy to recommend friends.Impressed with the level of filtration and drinking a slightly alkaline based waterAlso impressed with the quality of the tap.Good look on the kitchen top and will encourage my family to drink alot more healthy water.

This is a great product and very stylish. Love it being glass and bamboo, also tap is stainless steel and very robust. Filters are expensive but they are supposed to last 6months to a year and you only get what you pay for . The water tastes very good and you know you are protecting your health by drinking filtered water, which is cheaper than bottled water , plus you don’t know what you are getting with bottled water or how it’s been stored or whether the plastic it come in is PBA free . As tap water contains so many chemicals & we don’t need them in our bodies. Well worth the money, also it holds 8.5 litres which is great for when cooking eg soup making.

I'm writing this after having taken a couple of years or more to decide to buy this and after a couple of months of having used it.First the design is attractive and also interesting ... to actually have a water filter as a point of interest in my kitchen is an added feature. It was very easy to put together and although on my first attempt it leaked this was simply because i had not tightened it enough and then it was perfect. I also tried both of the taps that are supplied (they have different tap "actions" and am really delighted with the one i settled with.now about the water itself ... what was really interesting is that the water actually looks clearer and also there is a sense that the "texture" is smoother in the mouth ... but it's taken this amount of time to begin to truly appreciate that this water has a real flavour that the tongue can truly enjoy and the only reason i can think it took this long is simply for the tongue/taste buds to decontaminate from all the chemicals that i have consumed all of my life up until now. drinking water, which i always liked, is now a total pleasure because of the clean and cleaning flavour. totally superb ... and i wholly recommend you get one, rather than dither for as long as i have.

Filters are no good if you want the actual filtration filter, it’s almost impossible to get a water tight seal when connecting it to the ph/mineralisation filter there no leading thread.Easy way to check if you’ve got a seal attached second filter to first then fill with water if it comes from where the seal sits you’ve got no water filtration just a very expensive piece of plastic doing nothing!

Love this little water filter. Would recommend at the price its a game changer in my house. We have compared taste of tap and after filtered through this filter and it's a big difference. Would give it 5 stars but my only complaint is the taps. Easy to fit but not the greatest quality. First one broke pretty quickly and they are made of plastic. Not the easiest to clean and if you get one. Do not forget to do this when you clean the whole glass unit. Still an excellent product all round

I'll have a go at giving the most honest review.Pros:- it has a soft taste-it's quick to filter the water for fast replenishing- we all feel better for making this change as we have been wanting to get a good quality filter for a while... I suppose we would need more time to assess-It's stylish and compliments our kitchen decor (not necessary but adds to the feel good factor)- it came with 2 different taps to choose from which is ideal (but not happy it's plastic)Cons:- damaged lid straight out of the box- not sure how to contact customer service yet- we have all been constipated for a couple of weeks now (perhaps adjusting to new water..)- my 6yr old says it still tastes like the pool (chlorine) but I don't taste this- the tap is plastic .. ?We liked the metal taps as shown when we were deciding on purchasing. The insert is also plastic and the water filter too. We went with a glass jug because we are trying to limit plastic use so this was a con for us (perhaps there are only plastic made filters though...) I'll have to keep looking.Setup:It was pretty straight forward for me but it did leak initially: I didn't secure the filter down enough so the tap water leaked into the filtered water bit and secondly, I didn't tighten the tap enough so water leaked onto the counter.Once I corrected these 2 things it works as should.Water taste:I wasn't sure if it was a pro or a con.. it's different. Better than tap water, not as nice as some bottled water... I've been telling myself it's better for me (but not certain of this)... you'll have to decide for yourself; I may not be used to it yet.. praying it wasn't filtered the good minerals from the water that we need.

Good quality product I put it together quite easily, a little bit of leaking around the filter but I just pushed it in further and it was fine. My husband says the water tastes much better

Had to wait for some kitchen work to be completed before setting up this filter. It looks fantastic, but unfortunately the round wooden base split at the point of the teardrop shape when my husband was putting it together. Cannot find a “contact us” on the website, nor a “contact supplier” on Amazon. I would not usually post anything negative without contacting a supplier first, but I had no choice, as this review is the only forum available to communicate with the supplier. Could you please advise how to obtain a replacement round base?Thank you
