Medium is 32-34 waist. But medium is right for men with smaller waists. 29-31. Small is for skinny teenagers.

Good quality but with a few issues

Underwear is pretty good quality. Been wearing for 20 years. Soft and breathable and fits in the right places. Only downside is that elastic seams tend to wear out pretty quickly and some pairs get holes in the crotch area at about the same time.

Just barely adequate

Similar problem as another style of Jockey which I recently purchased as well. The waist fits true to size and the material is adequate for the price. There is no room in the front and they are uncomfortable. Would not recommend and will likely not wear or get rid of quickly.
