Excellent light handling and no noticeable latency
I've been using the CCD sister to this camera (Arrow) for about 6 months. Was looking for the same great picture with better light handling. Although the Arrow outperforms on cloudy days, the Razer CMOS sensor blows the CCD out of the water with sunny/shade flying. As with the Arrow, there is absolutely 0 noticeable latency and has one of the best SD pictures you can find. Lens has very little fisheye and an excellent UV filter. Pair this up with a good VTX and you'll have about the best analog FPV can offer.

Great performance for the price.
So easy to program, very good picture quality. Paired with a good quality TX this little camera is a gem.

You should just buy a different camera
I really wanted to like this and tried hard to get it to be a passable FPV cam for a 5 inch drone. It basically fails at every level. Do yourself a favor and just get a different cam. There are so many good ones out there. First of all, the description for this camera says it's possible to switch between 16:9 and 4:3 ratio. That is a lie. This camera is manufactured in two different models - one for 4:3 and one for 16:9 and it's not possible to switch between them. I was sent the 16:9 version. Second, although it lists the dimensions in the description and you can look it up online, know that this camera is bigger than a normal mini FPV camera and will require special mounts to fit in a normal 5 inch freestyle drone frame if that is what you are going to do with it. Some frames will be too narrow altogether because the big lens may not fit between the standoffs in front. I thought since it was big and has a good lens, this would be better than other cameras I have been using, but it's not. I have spent hours fiddling with the settings trying to get it to look good. Some settings when turned on gives everything motion trails like you are on shrooms. What's the point of that one? The camera also does too many weird things to list and even noticeably changes the color saturation of the image when changing from low light to bright light. Also when the auto exposure changes from bright to dark, it goes in noticeable "steps" - maybe 2 steps a second instead of a smooth transition. It's delayed a little too, so it's not really safe in an FPV situation where you pitch down from a bright sky straight into a shaded tree area, for a second the screen goes totally black before readjusting. Lastly, the manual is vague as it gets. Tells you what the menu options are, but fails to tell you what they actually do. What good is that? I have a Foxeer T-Rex which is almost the exact same size and the t-Rex is worlds better that this one. BTW the T-Rex IS switchable between 16:9 and 4:3. It can be hard to find and more expensive, though. I would recommend a Runcam Phoenix 2 special edition if you are looking for a cam for a 3-5 inch FPV setup and want to buy something from Amazon. I have a few and they are great.

Mediocre fpv camera
I purchased this camera to use for one of my drones and had no problem installing. The video is not that great as these camera have a problem transitioning from light and dark areas
