I am extremely picky about hand cream. I hate greasy residue, I hate strong scents, and I hate that feeling like I need to wipe my hands on my jeans after applying lotion. This duo somehow fixes all of that. Texture: The day and night creams have slightly different textures, and both are excellent. Day cream: Dries almost instantly and has ZERO greasy feel. If you’re someone who normally avoids hand cream because of the texture—this is the one that will convert you. You can put it on and immediately go back to whatever you were doing without slippery hands. Night cream: A bit more liquidy and moisturizing, with a very light lotion feel. Even so, it still absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave that gross, sticky residue most lotions do. Scent: Day cream: Basically unscented. It’s not 1000% scent-free, but it’s close enough that you’ll never notice it. Night cream: A soft, subtle lavender scent. Not overpowering, not perfume-y—just a gentle hint that’s actually relaxing and perfect for bedtime. Effectiveness: This stuff actually WORKS. My dad hates hand cream with a passion, but his hands get extremely dry and cracked from constant yard work. This is the only cream he’ll use because it doesn’t feel greasy—and it genuinely heals his hands fast. I also tested it in the harshest conditions: Syracuse, NY in January. It’s DRY dry up there, and this cream was my absolute saving grace. Cracked skin, gone. Painful dryness, gone. Bottom line: If you have dry, cracked hands and hate the feel of lotion, buy this. I cannot rave enough about how much this product helped me. I suffer from dry, cracked hands that actually end up as open, painful sores around my cuticles. My late dad had the same problem and never discovered this. Over the last 4 decades, I've tried more than 20 hand creams recommended by friends and doctors, and none worked nearly as well as this product. I've hooked for life. As soon as the cool weather starts, my hands dry out, so I use these products, and I NEVER get those sores now.

I work in a factory where I have to constantly, and I mean constantly get my hands washed with high grade soup to deal with food materials, and I also wear safety gloves I sweat in a lot due to the factory heat. Needless to say my hands go through a lot there, and they get dried out and beat up bad. This stuff is no doubt a life saver, using the night product on my work days, and the normal version on my days off have completely made my hands as healthy as they were before I started working there. If you have dried out cracked beat up hands, this is for you believe that!

Great product. Expensive but worth it.

My hands crack easily and fast in the Winter. Up until now I have always used heavy duty lotion, like Eucerin. It would take days for the cracks to heal, which meant days of my hands burning when I would use the lotion. After one incident, this year, where one of my hands cracked so badly that I was left with a scar, I decided to try O’Keeffe’s. I have been very pleasantly surprised with how well that has managed to heal my cracked hands whenever it starts. I am currently dealing with that now. Within 24 hours, I was already seeing less red lines run down my hand, and my knuckles and the side of my hand no longer looked like it was covered in a rash. I’m at 48 hours. My hands feel dry and there are still a couple of faint red lines, but they are back to a normal color overall. They also no longer burn when I apply lotion. This is the first lotion combo I have found that has healed my hands fast enough that it wasn’t painful for days on end. I plan to switch to this one permanently. I would highly recommend trying it, if nothing else is working.

This stuff works. Husband used it a couple times and his hands were soft and smooth. He does wear this to bed with non latex gloves and his hands are silly soft in the morning. He really really likes this stuff. He wears gloves and washes his hands frequently so his hands dry out. He isn’t able to have lotion at work so he can only use this at home.

Like this is virtually unscented, and is great for dry hands during the winter.

This hand cream set is honestly the best thing I’ve tried for my skin. I noticed a difference after the very first use. My hands felt softer, smoother, and much more hydrated right away. My skin gets dry easily, and this has helped more than anything else I’ve tried.
