Best coffee experience I've ever had
This is my first nitro coffee maker, but I'm an old hand to homebrewing. I've done many, MANY gallons of wine and beer. This is, by far, the easiest experience I've ever had with a brewing system. Assembly was a breeze. Instructions were easy to understand. The quality of the product is superb. The only issue I've had with it is the same one everyone's had with it. It drips a little bit after you pour a glass, and they gave me a little rubber cap to stop that from happening. I'm looking forward all the nitro cold brew I can stand this summer. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone thinking of getting into nitro cold brew at home. Edit: I keep referring to this as a brewing system, and it's not. It's a keg. And it works flawlessly. It produces the creamiest nitro coffee you've ever had. And don't be afraid to experiment. I was using this horribly bitter Ethiopian Single Source for my morning coffee, and as a pour over, it was awful. I ground the rest of the bag and cold brewed them for 12 hours. Then I diluted that 1 to 1. Put that through the Royal Brew nitro keg, and that coffee tastes completely different. So much better than the pour over. This keg has literally changed the way I think about coffee.

Quick and Easy!
I love my new Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker! I struggled a bit to get the pieces together appropriately the first time, but now that I get it, that will be easy too. It worked perfectly, no leaks, no troubles (unless you accidentally dispense half of your first batch on your garage floor, like I did...ugh). But personal issues aside, the unit itself is a gem! Quality materials, solid dispensing tap, and fantastic Nitro Cold Brew. This product may be my new best friend!

Not QUITE Up to Starbucks Level
I was one of those people that spent $7 on coffee from Starbucks every day. I decided to invest the in equipment to make my own Nitro Cold brew at home. This purchase was one of those purchases, I only use it for coffee so if you're looking to use this for any other drink, this is not your review. Let's start with the bad. It just doesn't come out as foamy and light as I was expecting it to. When you see Starbucks do a pour, it looks smooth and frothy. While pulling the tap definitely ejects coffee, I don't feel like it's the frothy quality of the bigger machines. I'm continuing to use it though, I feel like surely there is some benefit here, and I don't want to give up on such a large purchase. For reference, I put in about 80 oz of liquid in it (60% full), and 4, 2-gram nitro cartridges. I'm considering trying the Nitros Oxide cartridges instead. Coffee using this + other home gadgets ends up costing about $2 a glass, so I'm happy either way!

Not so great
The instructions were just terrible. The keg is 19.5 inches tall not the 17” as shown in the images which posed problems storing in the fridge. The thing leaks from the spout like crazy, they include a little cap for the issue I assume but the cap and inside of spout fill up and makes a mess when I go to pour a cup. Only the first couple pints are foamy the rest just come out like regular cold brew even though I shook at least once a day and even an hour before pouring. The thing is super top heavy, when half empty it WILL fall out of the fridge door when opened. They include spare o-rings but not one for where the spout connects to the keg? I would just avoid or try a growler, maybe those have less issues. This was a very expensive mistake.

Great from top to bottom
This is definitely what we were looking for, great way to have Nitro Cold Brew at home. Easy setup, consistent performance, all in one kit. Flavor with proper mixture as instructions provide makes for a great glass of nitro

Great nitro kit!
Really enjoying nitro coffee at home! The instructions are easy to follow. The first batch turned out great and the subsequent batches have improved as I tweak the process (hint: hot-brew-over-ice.) I would recommend this for any serious coffee drinker that wants that beautiful nitro cascade and head at home.

Working well so far
Finally got around to actually using this thing. It is really nice having ~2 liters of nitro cold brew ready whenever you need it. The build quality is pretty good too. Keep in mind you may need to use 2-4 n2 cartridges to get the cascade you want - this is simply a gas:liquid ratio that is necessary As for the tap “leaking” - the actual valve is at the top of the dispensing nozzle, so there will be some coffee held in place by surface tension in the spout. If you wait and shake the keg, it’ll drip out into your glass. Do that before storing it again otherwise you’ll see some coffee in your fridge

A little difficult to use when getting started. Had to watch a few YouTube videos to understand exactly how to set it up but is a great product and works well.
