I had been looking for a good organ supplement for a while since I can't stand the taste of organ meats but wanted the benefits of them. I have used the Multi Collagen caps for about 3 months now. So far I really like them This is the first collagen capsule I have taken, I have used many powdered versions in the past, and this one had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. I was sick of wasting money on powders that claimed "no flavor" but yet were repulsive. With caps there really is no flavor so no money wasted there. I do feel I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails, which I have only noticed with one other collagen product. It did take about a month to see any difference so definitely give it some time for deciding for yourself. There are also some reviews that say they don't take all 3 recommended caps but I have always taken as directed so I would also say to not take less than recommended if you want to see results within the first month, but everyone is different. I will continue taking these for the price and the fact that I think they do what they say they will.

So far, so great!! I am at the end of my first month of use. My skin is smoother, softer. My hair has had less shedding (I am also using rice water). I haven't been getting regular pedis (due to Covid-19 restrictions) but I noticed that my feet are super soft since taking these regularly. I have tried and failed with other brands (powders). I always forget and the time it takes for powders to dissolve often makes me skip the days I do remember. This however, is really easy. I just take three as soon as I wake up in the morning. I love them. I can't wait to see the results after 90 days. Will update after the 90 day mark.

Great product so far. I usually take the powdered form but wanted a grab-and-go bottle when I don't feel like mixing it in liquid. I am mainly taking it for hair support and overall health. Nice that it has 5 types of collagen in one. Capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. I think I will stick with these. Great product.

I had high hopes for this product. The advertising looks like it is a really great product. I bought one bottle and after two weeks my knees started hurting again. Just to make sure I bought a second bottle and continued taking it daily. My knees continued to hurt so I threw the rest of what was left. I went back to what I was using for collagen and will stick with it. My knees stopped hurting after two weeks. That tells me what I was using is a much better quality.Also, in both bottles of this product I found half filled capsules or one that was completely empty. Poor quality all the way around for this product.

We bought these when I fractures my ankle and foot in 3 places. I can feel my ankle being stronger already. I didnt buy it for nails but wow my fingernails in just2 weeks have also grown in strength and length. I have another appt in 4 weeks with xrays, so I can speak to the actually healing of bones at that time. But so far I am very impressed in just 2weeks cant wait to see what xrays say after Ive been taking these pills they have bone broth in them I have heard good stuff about the bone broth healing fractures in any bones. GIVE THIS A TRY for stronger bones and nails.
