The Kite Runner & A Thousand Splendid Suns [Two Vol,]

When I bought these titles I was under the misapprehension that the Quicklets were similar to the Reader's Digest condensed novels. How wrong I was.With a very weak synopsis and quite badly written (obviously they don't use spell check) I will never be buying a Quicklet again.

I thought the The Kite Runner was brilliant.So sad to think these things happen in the world we live in. Also the second book A Thousand Splendid Suns was also excellent the story was very sad

Two of the best books i have ever read. excellent, excellent, excellent.Two books that were very hard to put down.

I had read and enjoyed the Kite Runner. This book is the female story of living during these extremely tough times.

The author brings his characters to life and shows the human side of Afghanistan. I found his stories very moving.
