These casters are fantastic! I installed them quickly and easily with the supplied template and retainers. I installed them to a heavy bench. With the six hundred pounds capacity they are stable. As a cripple it's important for me to be able to move tables and benches easily. I can raise or lower the casters with my cane. They lock in place with ease. I can easily move this bench with one hand. Even when I have a couple hundred pounds of extra weight on the bench. Being able to move it with one hand makes it much safer for me. I'll be putting these casters on everything.

I was always moving my one workbench around and decided to try these casters. I really like these. It fit my application and now makes it so easy to move the bench. They are very sturdy - I looked at some others and these hold more weight than I needed but I was drawn to them. Only thing I would caution folks is when using the template to mount, make sure you do NOT put upside down. I see (or checked/tried) hole pattern and the bottom holes on brackets are different from top. It was easy to mark and install. I did however mark the bottom hole pattern on the bench leg after I centered it on the leg, then pre-drilled holes and mounted bracket. Then drilled pilot holes for top part of the mount and used screws provided. Worked very well. For company - future updates I would apply a means to attach each wheel to a bar or wood bar in order to raise both casters at the ends.... I found a place on youtube whereas someone did that and it looked really to use versus one at a time. Depending on the users application this configuration with a bar would be easy for heavy instances. All in all, great purchase.

Heavy duty. So far they are working great on a chop saw table I built out of scrap wood. Very heavy 2x4 and 3/4" plywood construction. The adjustable wheels work great. Easy to lift and return to the floor. Wheels move smoothly.

I am shocked how well these work. I have a really heavy work bench. Wheels make it a breeze to move around my shop. I’m buying again for power tool carts.

The item is packaged well and arrived on time. As others have said, the screws that came with the kit are junk. I tossed them and picked up some 1/4" x 2" long hex head lag screws. Stronger and easier to install. I did remove the black lever to make the task of screwing the lags in easier. Again, as others have said, the space between the nut (above the bearing shield) where you use their thin supplied wrench, is really tight making it hard to get a grip with that wrench. I added two washers to space that out and then attached the wheel with the supplied lock washer and nut. The supplied template is a good feature as it makes it easy to position the bracket holes. Once the wheels are attached my bench rolls well with decent clearance on my garage floor. Just be ready when you release the levers....a heavy bench comes down hard with a bang. Plus they do stick out on the corners when in the down position so tripping and stubbing toes is probably inevitable. I may install a bar between the two wheels on each side to make it a one-push action as others have done. Overall, these seem like a good purchase for the money. Time will tell how long they last. I gave them 3-stars due to spacing issues on the wheel and the crappy screws.
