Please read below for my honest first impressions
OK these are my first opinions and I will update this if I have problems after a few weeks ...I received the bike today and it needed 2 people to deliver the box to the room of my choice. The first thing to say is it is damned heavy and no way could one man deliver it.To make this short I'll just say it is packaged superbly and it is so quick and assemble. Allow 30 mins and this includes making a coffee half way through. The bike is real quality and when built is so sturdy. I did 20 mins just to try out and its so smooth and whisper quiet. My only real complaint are the pedals. They have straps on one side but the other is missing SPD cleat fastenings and I've searched all over and can't get them so basically you need to buy new pedals if you want SPD clip ins on the opposite side to the straps. No way near a deal breaker but the addition of them would be the cherry on the cake.Anyhow you may have guessed I'm impressed with the quality and the ride so hopefully when I get more miles In the bike will continue to deliver. I will add as a final point there is no screen or any readout so if you want cadence and heat rate you will need to buy something like a Wahoo cadence sensor and I would recommend the Wahoo tickr arm worn heart rate rate monitor paired with a mobile phone and the Wahoo fit app.Happy ridingMike

Delighted with my bike
I don't leave reviews often as I'm never normally that impressed but the service, speed of delivery and quality of the bike I am delighted with. It weighs a ton so extremely sturdy, completely silent and super smooth. Honestly, worth every penny. Highly recommend. Only had it a week so can't comment on much more but no complaints, oh and probably the comfiest seat I've ever sat on on a spinning bike!

Super quiet and solid
Did a lot of research before buying this - I live in a flat so wanted something super quiet that wouldn't annoy neighbours, and I wanted to pair it with an iPad to save money on a closed system like a Peloton. I've ended up using the Peloton app and synching up a heart rate monitor and cadence sensor (Wahoo).I've created a chart that I've stuck to the bike to show how many turns of the dial links up with the resistance figures of the Peloton, so the only thing I'm missing is the Power Output. The resistance is very strong - I haven't done a workout that has gone above 55 on my chart yet, so there's still another 3 full turns of pain I've not yet experienced. The iPad rests nicely on the handlebars, and hasn't looked like falling off at all such is the solidness of the bike. I've got it on an exercise mat on a hard floor, so I can't vouch for how steady it is on carpet. It is very heavy though, so if you plan on having to move it around a lot bear that in mind (although once tipped up onto it's wheels, it's pretty easy to manoeuvre).Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good bike but handle bars let it down.
Its a solidly made bike it is on the heavy side even the handle bars and seat post are heavy so all seem like quality parts, the pedals let it down they look cheap but work fine but I did change mine i also changed the drinks holder to black the chrome looks cheap. The seat is comfortable and supportive. It took me about 10 rides to get the seat height right its really nice to ride now.The magnetic resistance on this bike is so much better than the friction resistance on my old spin bike it does have a strong smooth resistance. The handle bars are odd in that they look and feel nothing like bike handle bars and they are not comfortable to hold they feel a bit skinny and are as hard as concrete so I wrapped them in bike handle bar grip tape they are a lot more comfortable to hold now.I would recommend riding this a lot in the first month to find any faults if they are there because a month is what you get to send it back to Amazon after that Sunny Health and fitness do not ship spare parts to the UK so make sure its all in order.

I love this bike.
I've been spinning for 14 years and sadly our local gym closed in March. I was left with two choices. Get fat by doing nothing or invest my gym membership in some decent equipment. I spent 7 hours trawling through YouTube and reviews. I really didn't want a bike with all the technology because I don't care about how many miles I've done. It won't change a thing not knowing. All I want is to do is work myself into a sweaty mess and feel good. So after much deliberation this was the bike I chose. I'm not disappointed. I now realise how rubbish the bikes were my local gym. It's smooth, sturdy and the saddle is wide and padded, perfect for my middle-aged large rearend. I've set mine up in our summer house. With an internet TV you'll find a plethora of good classes on YouTube. And if you're that bothered by the fact there's no technology on it you can buy bits to add but I'm happy with a Fitbit that tells me at the end of each class I've almost killed myself.

Sturdy beyond belief
Looked long and hard. Thought at first the price was steep, but the description and feedback was very positive. Delivered this pm, bye two people, who I'm sure won't mind me saying very fit. Heavy piece of equipment about 136 kilos needs two to move. Instructions clear but very little construction required if you're used to flat packs. So far very happy. Very quiet

Excellent bike
This bike is carved from Thor's hammer.Very well made, silent, comfort and great adjustments. It's very heavy so make sure you get it put in the correct place to use. It does have wheels but I would argue against moving this thing around.Feels like a real bike, just add a cadence sensors to get your speed and away you go.
