flat flavor. way too much sugar for my taste. i think my expectations were off and it is not the products fault. pretty clean ingredients and not too much salt. but 17% sugar.

My Sriracha Red Chilli Sauce arrived today, and I quickly scrambled some eggs so I could top them with the new sauce. Wonderful experience. The sauce has a depth of flavor and is slightly sweet. I cannot wait to try it on other foods.

As a serious addict of the stuff more commonly seen in US restaurants and store shelves, this came as a revelation. Hotter, sweeter, more authentic... I will remain a faithful fan of the Los Angeles version, but this is better in every way.

Bought this one, another and the local rooster sits ha from so cal. A friend and I compared.This was the best ! Pretty hot, good flavor.

A little sweeter and more ketchupy tasting than the rooster brand.

Great sauce.
