This set is life time warranty?

I don't believe so. A product like this takes a lot of abuse and will wear as a result. However, it is an excellent quality set and after using it to take off a well rounded brake caliper bolt, I see no wear to the tool at all. It is well worth the price paid.

Does this work for splined lug nuts?

It gripped a rounded oil pan bolt with ease I'd give it a ty for the price.

What is the next size up after the largest piece? , i bought one and the biggest one does not fit.

It all depends if you bought the S.A.E. or Metric size. You need to be sure that the bolt size head is one or the other. If you get S.A.E. the next size up will be 1" and if you get Metric it will be 21mm. The set I bought is Metric for metric size bolts and nuts, it will NOT FIT S.A.E. sizes and if you try you will round up the bolt/nut. I'm sorry if my answer don't help you much, would be so much easier if all the bolts/ nuts used in America is S.A.E. but there's no such thing!
