This tanklock is perfect.
I bought this tanklock as an attachment for a GIVI tank bag. It was easy to install and adds a secure attachment. Plus , it makes access to the fuel tank much easier then using a strap or even a magnet system.

Paid for new item, received used item.
I received this item (Givi BF02) yesterday Saturday March 29. When I opened the package today to install it on my motorcycle, I noticed the factory packaging had been opened and taped back together. Inside the factory package, the plastic bags containing the mounting screws and the flanges had both been cut open. The bracket had evidently been mounted before because the finish on the heads of the mounting screws was scratched off where the allen wrench was used. I mounted the bracket and it works fine. My problem is that I paid a premium price for a new item and effectively received a used item.

Perfect fit on my 2005 Benelli Tornado 900 Tre
Although the Givi web site doesn't even list the Benelli Tornado 900 Tre, I took a gamble and ordered this tank ring based on the bolt pattern. It ended up being a perfect match. The only additional thing I had to order was the plastic ring that the tank actually clips to. Once I got that, it is easy to swap my Givi bag between bikes. I will be ordering another one to fit my 2000 Aprilia Mille-R, because it has the same bolt pattern and dimensions.

Givi is a but pricey but the do have good gear.
