Product works with no issues. Very simple to pair with the keyboard. Supports a great keyboard.

The landing page for this receiver has the pairing procedure in the description. Follow that, and (presumably you checked for compatibility with existing Arteck peripherals), you're good to go.

I bought one to replace a lost USB receiver for a keyboard/mouse set. This new USB was easy to pair up with both of them, thanks to some customers' advice in the review. (Just type in "how to pair with..." in the "Looking for specific info?" window. ) Good product & helpful community. Update: The original combo of keyboard/mouse/USB receiver worked on any laptop when switched. With the new USB, the set only works with the laptop that was used to pair them up. Wondering if there is a way to make the set universal again.

Arteck for Keyboard HW 192- This is just NOT COMPATIBLE ! The Nano USB receiver is not working at all! (1) I had to online search as no manual have been sent with the receiver! (2)Even after following the instruction, neither your own mouse nor the keyboard will connect, despite the fact that none of them is in the exclusion list! Since the keyboard and mouse are still under warranty, we'll adress the issue with you...

For anyone with an Arteck HW086 this is a lifesaver! This particular keyboard seems to have been popular for few years now, and in my experience, for good reason. There aren’t many small form factor keyboards out there that can match it. If like me, you’ve had one for a while and lost the receiver, buy this. Huge thanks to the Arteck team for making this part available, and very affordable!

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I lost the original dongle for my Arteck keyboard and this replacement was a lifesaver. It worked perfectly and connected automatically the moment I plugged it into my laptop—a true plug-and-play experience! No drivers needed. The item itself is discreet and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone needing a replacement. Great value and excellent functionality!

Mouse.

At first it didn't work. I sent them a message. They replied within few hours and gave me this instructions: 1. Unplug the USB receiver. 2. Switch the keyboard on, press Esc+k, the indicator will be blinking. (If not, please press Esc+Q to try again.) 3. When the indicator is blinking, move the keyboard close to the USB port of your computer within 5 cm, and insert the USB receiver. Please finish the step in 5 seconds. I would suggest that you'd better use the USB port on right hand side of your computer.
