Knobs looks and fits perfectly on my violin bass guitar. Great job guys!

My Hofner bass had black knobs, which were completely wrong. So I ordered new ones. They arrived days sooner than expected which was great. They’re exact reproductions of the early 60’s Hofner bass knobs. I was quite chuffed and will buy from them again.

These look authentic enough, but they also look brand new which may kinda' stand out on an old Hofner with a worn finish.They have a locking screw, but don't come with an allen wrench.I read about a problem that another reviewer had... when first installed, the knobs didn't sit low enough to cover the "plate securing nuts".To fix this, remove the nuts, then the control faceplate, then put shims of some sort and make sure they're insulated (no bare metal).Rubber washers, or metal washers wrapped in electrical tape. You'll only need one on each pot. Install the washers on the pots' shafts under the control plate, then control plate will now sit higher. Put nuts back on - they will only screw on a few threads, but enough to hold. Then reinstall everything. The teacup knobs should now appear to sit lower on the shaft, covering the nut better. Hope this helps.

I wanted to change the knobs on my IYV Violin bass guitar to make it look close to the Hofner Violin bass but also I didn’t care for the knobs that were on it. I also wanted to change the Control pots to a push pull pots.

The media could not be loaded.  Love them. I wish the supplier would offer the vintage switches also.

These knobs do not really fit the bass they are supposed to - Hofner B Bass Hi-Series - as advertised. I had to drill out the holes so the knobs would fit on shafts and seat properly.

put a pair on my bass , she already looks like a more expensive bass. was playing my ebony and ivory les Paul that I put vintage Gibson knobs on. then it hit me tea cups would adorn my Les Paul perfectly. so I bought two pair for my L.P. I rarely keep the knobs on the guitar that it came with. P.S. the spell correct does recognize name brand of bass and knobs.
