Working so far.
I just put this in on yesterday and the install was very clean. The regulator is a bit different from OEM, but it lines up perfectly and now no more rain in the car.

Noisy motor
Did the install and the motor is much louder than stock. It works though.

Defective unit. Motor grounded out when bolted in. Used old motor got my window working.
