It took me a few tries to learn how to roast veggies without setting off my smoke detector but now it is great. Healthier cooking with little to no oil and saving money with no foil or parchment paper. Smaller carbon footprint with less waste. Customer service was also great. Responding quickly to my questions.

These were just what I was looking for, a set of different sized silicone mats. I originally just needed one for my toaster oven, but I can always use the other sizes when baking. Quality seems to be just as good as the Silpat name brand ones, but can't say for sure about the durability yet, but time will tell. Good value for the set.

I bought these for my wife to have when she uses the oven to create her masterpieces. They are perfect for this. Subsequently we bought a new stove for our kitchen. This one has an induction stovetop which is also glass(?). They suggested that we use paper towels between the pot and the stove top. Well that got old fast. Decided to try using these silicone mats. Perfect.

It's so wonderful to not have to "cut to size" parchment paper anymore. These mats fit a variety of pan sizes and I'm very happy with them. They make baking so much easier!

These sheet liners are inexpensive and made in China (vs the original liners, Silpat from France), but the cheap Amazon ones were recommended to me, so I tried them. Company states these are FDA food-grade silicone. For the cost of one Silpat, I got this set of 5. They are not as thick and heavy as the originals, but so far they work really well. I like the variety of sizes and shapes.I will update this review with any changes.
