Great product. Good value for money
I brought this product on prime day sale. Got this delivered in time. Faber team called my in 24 hours and installed the very next day. Installation charges are 500 rupees. Installation associate is very polite and professional. Answered all our question.It has 3 speed suction capacity and suction is powerful. In box you will get a plastic outlet which is not that great and will melt if we cook something in high flame with the exhaust you will get. Hence it is recommended to go it aluminum foil tube which will cost 225 rupees for 1 feet. Noise level is not too high but yes you can hear the fan running. Lamps on the chimney hood are great and gives us good light to see what's happening with the food that u are cookingOver all I am very satisfied with the product and it is good looking and good value for money.

Excellent product 👍, lying decieving installation guy👎
Everything is great about the product. ... Good suction power, however, it's noisier than I expected, even though this product is supposed to be the least noisiest in its class across brands.Overall happy with the product.Not so happy with the installation, the guy was friendly and professional however while installing he out a small dent on the duct. He promised he has raised the issue and the duct will be replced with in 10-15 days and requested that I don't put in a replacement request with amazon. We believed him, however, on hindsight, I think he was just trying to get the replacement period lapse so that we are stuck with the dented duct.There is really no issue of functionality of the product, even with the dent. It's just that our new chimney got dented bcse of the carelessness of the installation guy. And then he lied and deceived us.

Nice Product with a Catch
The product is awesome. Even on the highest speed, the sound is moderate. Gesture control feature is awesome. Touch buttons are also very sensitive.But there is a catch in installation. Although it is written in Amazon that core cutting is done on a chargeable basis, Faber does not offer such a service. You need to get the hole for the duct pipe drilled by a mason or someone experienced and get the site ready. Faber technician will just hang it and make the piping and electrical connection which takes 10 minutes only.The duct pipe that comes with it, is just an aluminium foil. Also, it has no cover at the exit. So any bird or insect can come inside. It is very short (4-5 ft only) and weak. Better ask your technician to bring hard duct pipe with hole cap for better experience. 10ft pipe costs around 1000.

Good Product from Faber
Product was delivered on time and in good condition. However, the aluminium duct was missing in the package. Faber or its seller did not fulfil their promise they have made and have left me with no option but to purchase the duct separately which could cost another 1000 bucks. Not so happy with the deal.

Never trust FABER
The customer care response is very poor they won't sell spares online and the agents and managers will try to squeeze as much money as possible from you and if you complain about this to the customer care they simply say it is not our problem you have to deal with the area manager and there is no transperency in this brand my chimney stoped suddenly after 2.8 years of usage and just to check the condition they will charge 400 rs as service charges and again at the time of attending your complaint they will demand for service charges 400 ra such a worse kind of people and technicians Faber is maintaining. I request Amazon to remove this product from your listings

Pathetic Faber support & installation cost is huge
The media could not be loaded. Product was delivered on time. Faber installation was done 2 days later, however it was really a pathetic installation.The Faber service person from Medavakkam, Chennai branch (Deepan manager) came & he did the markings & instructed us to cut the modular kitchen board above considering the hood of the kitchen has to protrude above.We did it by hiring a carpenter separately.Then when we call them again, new people came & installed the chimney lower below without using the cut space.Secondly, the installation charge collected was a Hefty Amount:chimney outlet pipe 4ft- charged at 850, as we used 3 pipes , the total cost came to 2550 rupees. However after my research, came to know that I have been double charged & addtional charges are below:Reducer - 250 rupeesFilter- 150 rupeesInstallation charge -500Total installation cost alone came to: 3450 rupees.I think this is all because its all online delivery and there is no connect between seller, Faber service station and these guys tend to charge more to the customer as they want to run their service location.This is a horrible purchase I ever had. Decided not to purchase such big items from onlineA week after review- The product is more noisy its because of the improper installation, have informed FABER, Perungudi, Chennai. The first pathetic installation was done by Medavakkam branch - Deepan manager. Now I have requested for resolution from different branch.
