why on earth would you put a large product sticker on the face of the switch that requires major effort to remove all the residue? i bought this for a nice clean look. I guess if you like sticker residue on your eyeglasses, you'll love these switches with stickers. Not possible to leave zero star review.

These all came with a large inventory sticker covering almost the entire rocker. When removed, this leaves an uneven layer of gummy adhesive that I have not been able to successfully remove. Soap/Water doesn't work and alcohol doesn't work. I finally tried some Goof Off and that worked but dissolved the surface of the rocker itself; it looks cleaner but feels very rough.In a nutshell, these are useless as delivered in my opinion and they are too cheap to hassle with a return.Don't buy these things.

Great switches, but I'm returning and not installing in my home because Leviton insists on molding its logo onto the face of the switch itself. I don't need your logo flashed all over my home. And the way the logo is molded into the plastic, it catches dust and grime and makes the switch dirty. STOP PUTTING YOU LOGO ON IT, PLEASE.

Of all the stupid things to do, the vendor put permanent labels on the face of the switch that leave a mess to clean off needing goofoff or other strong solvent. Definitly will not come off with water and an ekectrical device should not be Soaked in water anyway. I am not keeping these and recommend buying them elsewhere.

We recently replaced all of our home switches and used a good number of these, including illuminated, 3-way, and 4-way. They seem to be all working fine so far, including the illuminated switches for which we've found only one LED bulb in our whole house that causes flickering. My one bone to pick about these switches is that the screws used to attach the switch to the box are made of very soft metal which deforms and wipes out the screw head very easily. If you're doing new work this isn't a problem but many old boxes are full of dust and the screw holes are gunked up. I often found it easier to use the screws from the old switch, made of much stronger metal. Also note that these switches are not silent - they make a louder click than my old toggle switches. Not terrible but definitely -not- silent.

Sorry, but these a supposed to be silent. The loud popping snap sound will wake the babies and the grand parents from a sound sleep.I returned the original switches and almost immediately, the ever-reliable and "Solid Gold Service" from Amazon went into hyper-drive.In almost the "wink of an eye" I had another set of the "quiet switches."In my history with Amazon, your customer service and solid reliable products and your fine suppliers have been fast, efficient, customer-friendly, and "SOLID GOLD" in the world of customer service, fast fulfillment time, reliable and prompt resolution of issues, and mountains of proud and prompt service. I'm sad to say I returned not only the first order of switches, but the second.I'm telling you all at Amazon, and you need not print this on your site, especially since this is the only chink in the shiny and strong "Amazon Armour.I returned the second order at my own expense and I don't want replacements, as I will either locate some quiet switches or convert theapplicable light circuits to slide dimmers. I don’t like to do a negative review based on packing, but this is an exception since if I return and reorder the odds are I will have the same problem again. This switch arrived loose in no packaging with a barcode label attached to the front of the switch. See attached photo. After peeling off the label glue residue remained on the switch.I tried isopropyl alcohol to remove the glue, but this will require multiple applications and lots of rubbing with a rag. Forget it, I paid for a ready to install switch. Alcohol would be safe since it will evaporate and the switch would be completely dry before installing (given sufficient time to dry before installing).To easily remove the glue would require a cleaner like Goo Gone. I my opinion I see a problem. When done the cleaner will need to cleaned off the switch with something else. It is likely some of the cleaner will seep into the switch where it cannot be cleaned. Is this safe? I don’t know and it will not be installed in my house.I’ve used Leviton Decora switches for years. Most were purchased from the orange big box store and were sold in retail packaging. I did not want to have to go to the big box store so I paid twice as much money ordering on Amazon with Prime.

My ONLY complaint is that the company that provided these had used sticky-labels on the FRONT of each switch... It took me about 3-4 minutes per switch, and overall an entire bottle of goo-gone to get all the damn adhesive off of the switches from the providers labeling....horrible.Beyond that, nice clean installs, flawless operation, and they look great.

Picture of product shows an nice smooth paddle face. Rockers received all have the name 'Leviton' raised out of the molding on the bottom left. None of my older Leviton rockers have this - they are all smooth faced. Not only does the company name look kind of tacky, given it is raised, it's not pleasant to the touch. Most likely sending them back. Not interested in having company adverts on all my light switches.

Amazon delivered the switches very promptly, however, and although I never like leaving a bad review, I’d like to be honest and advise folks to save their money. These switches are no quieter than the normal switches even though they’re advertised as “quiet”. Unfortunately since I purchased them from Amazon and with the hassle returning them means they’ll just be thrown in my surplus parts bin to live out their lives there. Cheers, and stay safe.

Not as described. 1 pack can mean many thibgs. 1 item is what you get. Way over priced 10x the normal price. I would not buy from this seller again

I really think this company should have had a line drawing of how to upgrade from their other slider switch. Things would have gone a lot easier that way.
