I use these pencils as favial markets in my clinic. Very good and affordable.

Very reasonably priced
I use these pencils for outlining designs on various items prior to painting. I choose them because they are soft and easily cleaned off when no longer needed.Although I dont use them as an eyeliner I think because soft they would be easy to apply without scratching.
