I absolutely love these resistance bands! They work exceptionally well and feel good quality. The bands have different resistances which are easy to work out as the thickness is different on each band and I've been incorporating them into my workout every day since they arrived and have not had any issues. I love that it comes with different handles which are easy to clip on and off. its super convenient for changing up a workout and gives a lot of options for different body parts. They come with different bands, 5 different bands with hooks on either side, some ankle straps for using the bands on your ankles, handles that clip on to the bands, a door stop where you can hook the bands to the top of a door, sliding discs that work really well, and mine did come with workout guide with pictures of all the exercises you can do so really helpful. You also get a branded bag with a drawstring Seems like a good price for what you get.

The miniscule illustrated instruction sheet is virtually useless. Much larger and clearer illustrations required. I would then have given five stars.

I’m loving this exercise set - I shopped around a lot and picked it because of all of the extras. There is so much included and it suits all levels of fitness and I love it how you can mix up the resistance bands to suit the type of workout or stretching you are doing and based on how you are feeling. I also tried the exercise suggestions which came in handy as I’m fairly new back at exercising, so good to have to keep myself right. It comes in a great little bag so you can keep it all together which I like. Would give this 10/10 as it’s great value and love all the options.

Missing black band and guide book but I have been in touch with them and they have sent it afterwards straight away so very happy with the customer service. The set is so good, I can't tell about the durability yet but you can definetely do a lot of exercises at home, which was the reason to get them. On you tube there are plenty of videos on how to use them too, just put "resistance bands workout" or "sliding disc core workout"

They have so much versatility. I wish they would have 2 door stoppers so that you can work out with someone else. But overall very good product, they get the job done nicely

There was no guide book included so I have no idea how to use the set?!

Hi, Overall this is seems good quality kit, at a decent price. HOWEVER the colours of the bands and straps do not correspond to the colours and resistance levels (in lbs) represented in the photos here, nor do the bands and straps follow the same colour scheme. For that reason it is guess work as to what the resistance actually is, and which band/strap is which. The bands are also not branded in the way that the photos suggest. If it matters to you to know the resistance of the bands, then this is likely not the kit for you.

I've only used a few times but the design of the bands looks as if would be more robust than other versions I've used. I suspect they all perish and snap over time but I do keep mind out in the garage. I don't think cold weather helps longevity.
