These are the best travel mugs around! Keeps beverages hot for 6 hrs. No spill locking sip tab. Easy cleaning. The down fall is the paint chips after a year or so of use and the rubber cushion falls off after about 6 months. Still worth buying.

My husbands favorite coffee cup. We have several of these because they work so well and fit well in his truck. Keeps his coffee really hot for a long time

Thermal (will hold temp hot or cold for over 12 hours with the sipper cover closed). Very durable even when dropped from over 6 feet or chewed by a huge dog. Speaking from experience. Fits in car cup holder. Good weight, seals tight, excellent value, stainless steel (silver and black colors), easy to wash. Bubba Mugs are the best! My dog will agree.

Ordered in November 2021 and quite happy the the Mug. Performs as expected, no spills, stays hot etc. Somewhat hard to install and remove the lid as there no points where leverage can be applied to tighten or loosen the lid, usually used a rubber jar lid aid, except when traveling. May 2022 I noticed some of the thread on the mug has broken, have contacted the mfg. Will update when I hear back.June 2022, the manufacturer sent me a new mug very quickly, thank you. I still felt it was to hard to install and or remove the lid so I experimented; using a round file I cut a grove on opposite sides of the lid, see Photos. Huge improvement, the groove provided enough grip area that the lid can be easily installed or removed. With this change I raise the rating to 5+.

(1) Cheap materials - plastic cap broke off simply due to it falling on the floor (by itself, not connected to container). Cannot be reattached. (2) It’s 1/4” too tall to fit under most standard coffee makers even after the base plate is removed. (3) Complex and time-consuming warranty claim process makes resolution impractical and expensive for the consumer. (4) IN-convenient customer “service” phone center hours. *Seems there is little commitment to either quality OR customer service. I bought two and would not buy again.
