Bought for hippo obsessed child...he was very alarmed when it hippoed at him. But it was approved of, which is all you want when buying something for a six year old.

Definitely smaller than expected.
It does not make the farming noises it is advertised as.And very Disappointed that the noise it does make completely stopped working within the first 24 hours of receiving it😕 😞 pointless trying to return it too as its been "used"

Sadly the hippo didn't make a noise and there was no way of contacting the seller to ask for a new one... it was for a 2yr olds .birthday

Ordered this for a Christmas present, arrived with a hole in the side. Returned and the replacement had a hole in the other side. Very disappointing.

Grandsons liked it a lot
My grandsons like the hippo a lot. It is soft and cuddly.The only problem was with the audio. This hippo was supposed to make a hippo sound. Instead, it makes a kind of strange muted rat-a-tat sound. Well, I have asked for a replacement and that replacement is on its way. Hopefully, its audio will work, though frankly the audio really isn't that important. It is a plush toy, and they usually don't make a sound anyway.Despite the audio problem, I have given it 5 stars. It is very reasonably priced and a nice toy.
