I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon. I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so! Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot. UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't work UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now!

I teach online and have worked in IT my whole adult life. I get Apple keyboards and trackpads for the Macs, and usually Logitech for the PCs. To keep this short, this JOYACCESS set replaced a Logitech set that is only a few months old. The mouse was constantly lagging from about day 2, and to be honest, I am so used to scissor-switch keyboards, I was thinking about getting a replacement. After I left the Logitech mouse at another house, I needed a quick replacement and ordered this JOYACCESS set, not expecting much except for next-day delivery. At a fraction of the cost of an equivalent Logitech set, it turned out to be far superior. The keyboard is perfect, scissor-switch joy, and I really like that the keys are also textured (as opposed to smooth like an Apple keyboard). It is built just like an Apple keyboard, so it earns points for aesthetics, too. I don't particularly like the END key to the right of the right arrow, only because I use that arrow often, and end up hitting the END key instead. The compact Apple keyboard does not have an END key (whereas the full-sized Apple and the Logitech do), and I think that it could be safely eliminated (just a suggestion). Finally, the mouse is my absolute favorite, EVER! It hasn't lagged, which was my biggest complaint with the Logitech mouse, but beyond stellar connectivity, it is the most responsive mouse I've used, and I do mean "ever." The DPI switch/button was new to me, and the only thing I would recommend would be for JOYACCESS to include some information about that feature in the literature included with the set. Being able to adjust the sensitivity was a bonus I had not expected, and finally I have the perfect setup. The monitor and even the computer shown were also purchased on Amazon, but I'm leaving a review for the lowest cost purchase because this mouse and keyboard are outstanding. After all these years, I've got a new go-to keyboard/mouse brand, and after all that, I suppose I should get back to work.

0614-2022 Update: There is an idiosyncrasy with the keyboard in which, after a period of non-use, the keyboard does not respond to the first key depression. This is problematic in that the typist has to first discover the mishap and then go back and place the missing typed character. Not good! Almost a strikeout blow for the keyboard but not quite. Original Review: With the exceptions listed below, the JOYACCESS 2.4GB wireless keyboard compares favorably with better known brands, I think. First impressions are that its positives include excellent basic keyboard functionality, a keyboard footprint that is small compared to others I have used, which means more room for palm/wrist support if desired. I also like the improved visibility of the keys & their labels. LEDs intermittently let me know the status of Num and Caps locks. A third LED is labeled ‘Power Indicator’ but indicates nothing since it never comes on. Anyway, I am not sure of since included documentation fails to mention ‘Power Indicator’. After first impressions, there is the all-important keyboard functionality that counts a lot with me. Keys design is of high quality, I think. This keyboard gives a good tactile feel that suggests good design and engineering and construction. Typing is quiet, and each key strike instantly produces an accurate result on the screen. I see are three negatives so far: 1) The ‘manual’ is lacking. The Amazon description of the product offers more information about the product than does the so-called included manual, e.g., The Amazon product description shows the ‘Power Indicator’ in an image callout but otherwise does not mention it. 2) The provided user manual never mentions ‘Power Indicator’, let alone explain its purpose or functionality. The LED Power Indicator on my JOYACCESS combo NEVER comes on—even for a short blink or flash, even during or after bootup, even during shutdown. So, the lack of illumination may be a defect. If it is a defect, it is one that I can tolerate because all in all I am pleased with this peripheral set and don’t see the value of a power indicator on a battery-operated device. I am using the JOYACCESS keyboard and mouse peripherals on a Windows 10 desktop 64-bit PC. 3) Customer service is China-based and unfortunately nonsensical. If you have the unpleasant experience of visiting this poorly designed website, you will soon exit in frustration. Popups that get in the way and can’t be moved or closed, prompts for your name when you have already typed in your name, poorly chosen English words that do not apply, etc. My sense is that the JOYACCESS combo discussed here is worth the price because it is essentially a quality product that works well. I especially like the keys and the visibility of this keyboard.

This was exactly what I wanted! Beautiful, but strong. I work full time from home and use my computer constantly - this withstands repeated use and works perfectly.

This keyboard looks and perfectly compliments my Mac mini. When it worked it was great. I moved to working in my bedroom for a few months. I used the mini remotely, from my MacBook Pro, so the keyboard was not in use. When I decided to move back into my office to work, the battery was low. I changed them and it wouldn't turn on. I tried four battery combinations for a total of eight batteries. It was dead. For the price I would expect to ,at the very least, get a year or a year and a half out of it but sadly, it's gone. Update 4-25-22: The seller sent me a very friendly message apologizing for what I experienced. I was assured that the keyboard had a one year warranty and not to worry they would replace the product. They also provided instruction about how to reset the keyboard. I was skeptical but it WORKED! My issue has been completely resolved. The keyboard is working again. Changing my review to five stars not only because I really like the keyboard and mouse, because of the customer service too.Maybe I missed this somewhere: 1.) turn off the keyboard, 2.) unplug the dongle from your computer,3.) turn the keyboard on and hold the ESC+ "+=" keys until the charging led turns on,4.) plug in the dongle quickly. That's it!

This wireless keyboard and mouse set works great! It’s super easy to set up, the connection is stable, and both pieces are comfortable to use. I love that it’s full size but still lightweight and portable — perfect for home or office use.

Purchased this keyboard July 2025 and it stopped working 6 mos later. The keys do not work when you press them. The keyboard is super cute and I loved the color, just wish it lasted longer.

This is a good mouse and keyboard set. The keys on the keyboard are really responsive and have a nice feel and sound to them. Sometimes I find it harder to type on this keyboard than on my regular laptop because the keyboard is quite a bit larger than a regular keyboard but I don’t mind it, it takes getting use to. It is fairly easy to set up as well. The mouse is okay, not my favorite but it gets the job done.
