Another Quality HORI Product
I'm a huge fan of HORI's 3DS products, their design is simple, but the function is fantastic and this 3DS Game Card Case is no exception. As someone who has a VERY extensive library of Nintendo DS and 3DS games, I have frequently run into the problem of how to store all my games and ensure they're safe. I initially bought this case as a sort of "overflow" but once it got here and I started putting games in it, I was so impressed that I purchased another one and now I plan to completely consolidate my DS/3DS game library into only these cases. What's so great about it, you ask? (1) How you insert/take out the games is nearly EXACTLY like the actual box the DS/3DS games come in. You push it towards the little bracket and pull it out. It's really difficult to explain what I mean by that via text, but to make the image a little clearer: you can take your DS/3DS games directly out of the box and insert them into this case using the same methods. And if Nintendo ships their games that way, you know it's a good way to store games. (2) There's a sort of bump guard protection at the top and bottom of the game card case. Basically, your games do not sit near the edge of the case on any side, which provides extra protection in case of drops. (3) The plastic feels like a quality plastic, not something that's going to break in a week. (4) The game "pages" (basically where the games are kept) are secured in via tiny screws and feel sturdy. (5) There is a small overlap when you shut and clasp the case, meaning that dust and other small particles will be kept out, HOWEVER: I would not go so far as to say this makes it water proof, and I'm not going to try to prove that either. :)Overall, this is a very quality HORI product. I've purchased numerous DS/3DS products throughout the period that I've owned the systems and I always find HORI to be the best.UPDATE 3/1/15:I'm now entering into my THIRD one of these to contain my ever-growing library of 3DS and DS games. I purchased my first one about 3 months ago and still have had no problems with them. The latches on the outside work perfectly, the "pages" are still in tact inside. They both still look new. The DS family of systems have always been my favorite gaming systems (if you couldn't tell!) and by far these are the best cases to hold all my games securely that I've ever found. I really can't stop praising them.

Lots of DS or 3DS games? This is one of few large storage solutions.
As someone who owns many DS and 3DS games, a game case like this is a welcome accessory to store all my games for easy access. It is also probably only one of the only game cases that can hold more than 3-6 games, with the only other product being the seemingly now discontinued Penguin United soft DS carry case, which I also recommended. The HORI case stands out over other cases not only because of it's storage capacity, but also because of the hard plastic shell, giving it an extra layer of protection from drops or impact. So far the games go in and out easily enough and there doesn't seem to be any of the usual brittleness that an all plastic product would normally have, such as tabs thaty easily bend and eventually break. While it hasn't happened to me yet, plastic products in general, especially lower priced ones, usually do have the tendency to shatter and snap apart over time, so if you intend to use this case in a rough fashion, such as traveling or commuting or by giving it to a young child, you still have to take caution that the case doesn't take enough impact to shatter the outer shell or the plastic parts that allow the case to lock the games in place. The case also comes with an SD card adapter. I never use it so I can't really say much about it. It's much easier to buy 1 large SD card than having multiple for your DLC games. All in all a good product. I recommend the case for those who have many games and don't want to carry around dozens of the little plastic sleeves that only carry 3 or so games and those who want a step up from the old soft Penguin United cases. You still have to treat the case gently, but it's much better than having a ton of loose games getting lost in your bag or around the house.

Everythings great besides the durability.
Great case and design. The only issue is that the little tiny clips that hold the DS games in place may as well be made of balsa wood. Because they break and snap off extremely easily. Without those little clips the game in that spot will not actually secure in the case and end up flying around the case while traveling. Aside from that really big issue, the case is great. Its compact and is a great design to store a lot of games without taking up a lot of space. Just wish it was a bit more durable.

This is pretty much the best thing ever
I just got a new 3DS and have loved it so much that I went a bit nuts buying used games. I badly needed somewhere to put them -- and this was it!Surprisingly, there weren't a whole ton of options for simple game cartridge holders -- plenty of things to hold a 3DS and a few (but not terribly many) games, or massive (and fairly pricey) game cases that held lots of games and a 3DS that rivaled the briefcase I use for my computer in size. So, when I found this one, I was actually pretty happy. It's tiny. It holds 24 (!) games. It works for both DS and 3DS games. It's relatively sturdy. It was inexpensive.Simple. Elegant, Effective. Exactly what I needed.I must sound like a huge geek to be this excited over a tiny plastic box, but it's served a huge, huge need.My only warning: If you are the type of person who loses things, any kind of a case that holds 24 games is not for you.
