No. They’re not. They’re creamy and will smudge if you rub your lips on something.

I have olive skin & am looking for an orange base red, the pic above looks good but some advise its pink based? please advise tried & tested ladies

Dear Suzie, This may sound odd, but THANK YOU so much for your question, which caused me to find a treasure I thought I'd lost!!! So I had to help you out. I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that. Love this color!!

I have been searching for a new color & kept getting colors that weren't quite right. Today this one came & I LOVE IT!!! It's a perfect color for me....very flattering. I suspect that it would look good on a lot of people. It feels smooth & moisturizing. I drink a lot of water so had to reapply but I expected having do so. I definitely recommend this lipstick!!!

Pretty but not for me.

Nice lipstick but this shade was too brownish for my lighter, cool skin tone. I think it would look better with warmer, medium/dark skin. The formula is creamy and not matte or long-wearing.
