No. This cooler only has configurations for horizontal airflow, unfortunately.

Would this work on a biostar a320mh motherboard? And a phanteks eclipse p600s case?

the dimensions of the case are more important - the cooler is 165 mm tall on the motherboard - you need to check the dimensions of that case - the motherboard also has to have argb pins for software control
