This is my favorite primer ever. All in this series are very good.The primer takes a minute or two to dry, but the surface it gives is perfection. I've tried Dior, Clio, Laneige, Loreal foundations with this formula.1) It gives you a very smooth surface to work with, even with mature skin.2) No pilling or peeling. It does start to wear somewhere past 12 hours, exceeds expectations!3) Provides a heck of a lot of grip, using a little less foundation to cover since it's even coverage.The only negative I've experienced is an occasional bump after using it for a few days in a row, but my skin just does that with products that contain cyclopentasiloxane. When I cleanse really thoroughly it's not a problem.

When I first applied this, I literally looked like Grogu! I had to take some off and keep blending. I still felt like I looked nauseas, and I learned that I had used too much. Just a pea size amount is enough for your whole face, although the instructions give you NO directions as to how much to use.I don't know how great of a primer it is, but I am liking the reduction in pinkness. I am still using a regular primer over top of it, since it doesn't actually do anything for my pores.

I am obsessed with this primer. It instantly turns your skin into a silky canvas that blurs pores and holds makeup perfectly for hours on end. I could work a 10 hour serving shift, sweating and running around with my face looking just as smooth when I got home.

This product has never failed to make my makeup look amazing. It allows me to either have a glowy or matte look, no matter which one I choose. It covers up my pores immensely, and it does not make my face break out. I have sensitive skin, and it does not cause any issues.

Funny thing is, this touts being for rosacea-prone folks, yet we should steer clear from fragrance—synthetic or “natural” alike.This is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. I don’t need to follow it up with foundation to cover my tomato-colored face, it’s that good! But it’s been 6 hours and the pungent scent still lingers.Now, had I noticed it had fragrance before I pumped and slathered, I never would’ve put it on my face. But I also use oils as my last skincare step to create an occlusive barrier for my Sahara-dry skin, so applying fragrance-filled products atop that isn’t too big of a deal. However, this does not dissipate. It’s just as strongly scented now as it was when I applied it hours ago.If it weren’t for the scent, it’d easily be 5/5. It’s holding well atop oils, even. And it completely eliminated the need for additional color correction on top of it for me today. (Most days I want to look a little more “polished,” but redness control is my ultimate goal with makeup anyhow. And this did it in one step!)So, if you’re sensitive to fragrance sensorily, this is a nightmare. If you’re topically sensitive to fragrance but are also in the same boat where there’s no redness-control product that isn’t loaded with it, try my oil-occlusion method before applying this. I can’t use standard (even mineral) sunscreen, so I use 40/40 carrot seed oil/red raspberry seed oil (roughly SPF 40, according to my derm who approved this for me), 20% jojoba oil, and 10% rose hip seed oil (“activator” for sun protection as it’s high in vitamin C) and 10% glycerin for added hydration. If you don’t need the added hydration, replace glycerin with a drier oil, like maracuja.Anyhow, I’ll use this for my “no-makeup days” that don’t require a lot of brain power, because I absolutely could not tolerate the strong bar-soap scent all day, every day. It’s incredibly distracting. Plus, it’s not worth the skin sensitizing risk when I do have great, fragrance-free makeup to control the redness anyways.

I have fair skin and rosacea. This gives you a perfectly smooth, blank canvas to apply makeup! I will say if you wear it alone, you will look like a ghost! But I just finished my first bottle and will probably be getting more soon.

I’m an Asian woman in my early 40s. I have no visible wrinkles but I have combination, acne prone skin with pores that are getting more visible. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to makeup…but I’ve been trying different primer to cover my pores. Some expensive ones and drugstore ones. Nothing really satisfied w me, BUT this one made me happy and that’s why I’m purchasing 2nd one.Because I have acne prone + combination skin, I can’t choose either way to greasy or too dry products (a lot of acne prone product tends to dry & hard to apply) when using moisturizer and then apply foundation. This really resolved the complex issue; regardless of the type of moisturizer and foundation. It makes my skin smoother and easy to apply foundation after moisturizer. I also found a new, simpler way to use this: literally mix my moisturizer, Foundation & this primer together, and apply it at once! Saving my time, perfect for my lazy makeup routine every morning. It does cover my pores, not dramatic but honestly I didn’t experienced any dramatic changes when I was using other experience ones such as Makeup Forever primer, which is one of top primers in the market. Good bottle design & easy to control the portion of primer out of the bottle also. I’m glad I’ve found this primer that actually works!
