Great way of preparing

I am very happy with my purchase of the CT study guide. I like that it breaks everything down and is easy to understand. The format makes it easy to study and flows in order to help retain all the information.

This book gives blatantly false information and will not make a good study guide for the CT registry.Example - on page 20 it states that Barium Sulfate is a "negative diamagnetic contrast agent". While this is true for MRI, in CT Barium Sulfate is considered a positive contrast agent. The book not only does not explain the differences in positive and negative contrast agents but does not explain that Barium Sulfate is only considered a negative agent in MRI and is in fact considered a positive contrast agent in CT.The above example is only the first I have found, but it will be the last as I will not use this book to study for my exam knowing that it has provided misleading and confusing information at best and outright false information at worst. It's like someone just copied and pasted any information they found about something without regard for how it is actually used or relates to CT.Please DO NOT buy this book to study for your CT registry. I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews. This book does indeed have false information and presents information from other modalities as if it pertained to CT, which it does not.

I like how everything is broken down and explained.Also like that there are drawings and charts because I'm a visual learner.

I haven’t been studying but for about 2 weeks but so far I have thought that the book has been really helpful by breaking down the sections into easy to read snippets. So far so good!!

I like the review questions answered in the back that give proper details on why it is the correct answer

So far this book is amazing, for people like me the English is my second language is easy to understand. Also explain with details step by step all the categories the I need to know for my CT board.

Using the book with other study materials has made understanding the material somewhat easy. Of course, I haven't taken my exam yet but as soon as I do I'm hoping that it will be successful and that the materials that I used including the product purchased will be positive. There's a lot of information this book produces which I believe will help me in passing examination.
