New Set of 2 Ignition Coils Left and Right FITS Honda GX620 20HP V Twin Engines

I had no spark from the 20 horse power Honda on my hustler fast track. Put these coils on and had her running and cutting grass in 30 minutes. Had been a pain to start for the past couple years and this year it wouldn’t run at all. I cleaned the magnet and set the air gap on my old coils first and it would just barely run. New coils went on next and the old motor kicked right off and has been running good all week. I will update if they dont last too long but they were identical to the old ones and fit perfectly.

Work perfect & great deal!Just a little FYI for everyone on these coils, no matter where you buy them:They are POLARITY SENSITIVE - meaning they will only work in ONE direction. If you install them & have no spark, flip them around. Left to right doesn't matter obviously, as your just 90 or so degrees away on the same flywheel .. but the direction that the magnet passes under them does. Wish someone - or the MANUAL - would've told me this ahead of time ....

Honda 6x620 started right up after installing. I installed this in a 1999 thermo arc welder. Now welder using a quart of oil every 4 hours. I just need a new welder but was able to finish my front porch handrail

Way cheaper than Honda and the engine is still running just fine

After chasing a INTERMITTENT dropped cylinder for quite a while and trying the usual fixes, plugs, set valves, check carb, etc.. I took a chance on these coils, these say they fix a 20hp (GX620) but fit my GVX610 18hp exactly! Boy am I glad I did, they fixed the problem and only took 15min to install. This problem was getting worse every time I mowed and sometimes it would only run on 1 cylinder for up to 8-10 min. Fearing that the symptoms would not be evident if I hauled it to the mower shop and they would guess at considerable expense to me, I took a whack at it myself. If you pay attention to the position of the coils you take off, position the new ones the same, and set the gap with a business card, you won't have any problem doing this job correctly. I am aware these are cheap coils and may not last but at least I know what fixes this aggravating problem. My mower is a Hustler FastTrack model about 15 yrs old and is a fantastic machine. I installed these coils along with a new carburetor and new fuel pump on my Honda GX620. My engine was surging so I wanted to do a complete tune up. When I tried starting the engine after replacing the items it woood not start and kept backfiring through the carburetor. I checked the spark plug fire which I had plenty of so I assumed it was the new fuel pump I bought. I replaced the fuel pump with another new fuel pump. I had the same results when I tried starting it again so I ordered another new carburetor and installed. Again, had the same results. Knowing that the engine ran before I was pretty sure it had to be something I replaced. The only other thing was the coils. I removed the new coils and installed the old ones and the engine started and ran like new. I now have a lot of money in this tune up trying to save money by shopping aftermarket. Save a headache and spend the extra to get OEM.

My 20 horse Honda on my Hustler mower was dropping a cylinder intermittently. I was able to determine which one by pulling the spark plug cable on the offending one. Once I knew which it was, I tapped on the coil with the handle of a screwdriver with it running and it would clear up. Bad coil. Ordered these and only replaced the bad one. Runs like new. Have mowed my 1.5 acres several times now with not one sputter.
