I used this while in labor with my second child. I had a long labor that lasted over 24 hours and it provided such incredible relief at home. By the time I decided I couldn’t handle the contractions at home (24 hours from the start of labor) I was 8cm! I got on the birthing center ball and really didn’t like their ball! Wish I took mine with me lol. Now it’s like my babies sleep kryptonite. No matter how fussy he may get, if I bounce on the ball holding him he clonks right out! This ball has gotten so much use and held up so well. I absolutely love it!!!

This is as simple as it gets. A great product for a great price. The ball comes in a small box and extra 'stoppers' (plastic piece that stops the air flow), a stopper remover, and even a two-way hand pump. The ball is very solid and very comfortable. The material provides a nice grip, so you don't feel like you're slipping all over the place. For the price this yoga ball can't be beat!It comes with the pump and everything you need to get it set up.I was really hesitant about using this for myself because I'm 5'11" and 275lbs. I bought it for the home gym and figured only my wife and daughter would be using it. I tried it out for the first time cringing that it was going to pop and to my surprise it handled my size with no issues. That's great because my wife and daughter never make it into our home gym so I have been getting the most use out of this and its still holding up fine!I'm still careful when I use this because if it pops my big a%& is going to hit the ground pretty hard doing some weighted workouts. However that's more of a me problem than this yoga balls!

I bought this for sciatic pain while pregnant. It causes so much tingling and numbness in my legs that I cannot sleep. I’ve had this for a few days now, and sitting on it for a few minutes before bed has helped so much!I haven’t used it for labor yet, so I’m not sure how that will go, but excited to find out.I tried to get as close to an accurate color with the photo as I could. I purchased the blue, 65 cm ball. It’s not as bright blue as the photo shows, it’s more muted.

UPDATE: I found a better ball at Target! HUGEEEEE difference!!! Even the hand pump is better!!! Took me way less time to pump and the pump wouldn't seize up like the URBNFit brand. Ignite is WAY better quality and even has sand in it and not to mention it is the CORRECT size. Both in picture are 65cm. Save your time and money and get something better. Don't be like me and just read the "good" reviews. Good luck!Extremely disappointed. Ordered the 65 cm and measures smaller. Sending back as it is too small for me to use. Generally a 65 cm would be great, but this one is measured incorrectly. Also, the pump sucked. If you have your own to use that would be great.Going to look for another ball!

This ball is great. My husband and I are not small people and we can both sit on it comfortably without fear of it popping. It feels stable and holds air well. After we initially inflated it and used it, we did have to add more air once the ball had stretched a bit but it has been great.

I was very pleased with the quality of this ball. Some of the others I looked at were upwards of $80. I can't afford that right now. I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease and herniated discs. I needed a ball to do safe exercises at home between my physical therapy appointments. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It is well made and easy to inflate, and definitely the right price. I will be buying a smaller version in the near future. Thank you for an inexpensive quality product!

I'm 5'9". Perfect size to use as an exercise ball. I saw some reviews that said this was too short for someone around my size...that is only the case of you intend to use it as a chair at a desk. Otherwise, for working out, the size chart is spot on. For a chair, always size up. ;)

Great gym ball at a great price. Came with its own pump and is easy to inflate. Just the right size for me to do daily stretches on or just sit and watch tv. It helps takes the pressure off my lower back when sat on it. Would recommend for anyone who has chronic pain

Great exercise ball using it daily , would just like a quick better pumping system but the exercise ball highly recommend it

Bought to use at my desk in work and for wife to sit on and do exercises. Great quality product. Keep it clean by regular wiping as I found it picks up dirt from the floor quite easily

good quality product...... would have enjoyed more exercises on the sheet supplied but i can get them on youtube

Use mine mainly as an office "chair". Does wonders for your back and core and no more sore bum from sitting on something flat. And you can exercise on it too. Maaarvellous!

We bought 35 of these balls for our office in November and December last year, as they were described as suitable for using as sitting balls. However, less than six months later, five of these have burst. Three burst whilst people were sitting on them, and two burst spontaneously. We followed the instructions and did not overflate them, nor did we sit on them continuously throughout the day.Originally, we were happy with our purchases, as they were as described and arrived punctually. However, they are not durable, nor particularly safe. We have had to ban them from our office, due to the health and safety risk of any more bursting. Luckily, no-one has been injured so far.If someone was to buy one, then I would recommend that they only use it very occasionally and definitely not for sitting / weight-bearing.We spent around £700 on these balls, so unfortunately for us this was a waste of money. Take care when using.

The ball didn’t come with the air stopper. So when I pumped it up I couldn’t close it and it would just deflate. I spoke to amazon they said it’s defective and now I have to return the ball and I can order a new one. I have to print out the label and package the ball and send it back. It’s such an inconvenience and A hassle. I’m very disappointed

This ball is fantastic and dont know what i would do with out it. I got it pregnancy to sit on, bounce on, put my feet up on when on sofa. It has travelled with me everywhere since its easy to take down and back up again. And now Bubs is here, she loves being held and bounced on ball. Love it!

Exactly as described. Good instructions for inflating the exercise ball, though I was so worried about the warning not to blow it up too hard that I under-inflated mine at first attempt. Arrived very promptly.

The package arrived well within time for Christmas. Bought for my niece as part of her health and fitness regime and is using it almost every day. Great strength and does exactly as described.

Looks good but having problems getting it to inflate fully with the pump. So it's still very soft after hours of trying. I give up.

I have had this for over a year now and it still works perfectly it's not a really big ball but it doesn't need to be as it is for exercise.
