This is made from POOR QUALITY steel. Use it at you own risk.
I used this to build a swing out tire carrier for my jeep and the steel shaft sheared clean off after riding on the back of my jeep for 6 months. Fortunately nobody was hurt, except my pride as my wheel and tire went skidding across the highway at 70 MPH.
