Great dolly
I use my dolly for deliveries. Is the dolly is very durable. I've had it for about 6 years and it works great no problems. Very easy to use it's not take up a lot of space to store.

Durable and Quiet
These carts are truly durable. Give yourself about 15 minutes to install the wheels and read the instructions carefully. These are by no means cheap breakable carts, and they glide quietly on the ground. I was happily impressed.

A useful tool, but could be better made.
So, ok. A platform truck. When it arrived, the platform was slightly warped. Not a serious issue once you place a heavy box on it, then all four wheels touch ground. The casters had to be attached (stated upfront by seller / factory), and there is a video showing how to do this. The annoying bit was trying to use the tools recommended by the factory. Don't waste time with adjustable wrenches, or vice grips. They can't get between the bolt heads, and the caster wheel supports, and it'll take an hour to do that way. If you're not sure of what socket head will work, take one bolt to the hardware store, and find one that fits it. You'll be much better off, and have the job done much faster, and safer. One caster's solid rubber/plastic wheel had a nasty ding it from where the wheel had obviously been dropped, or bumped into something hard just after coming out of the injection mold while still hot. I'll likely have to replace that caster. Also, all of the others were poorly molded. You have to scrape off the injection molding stem buds, and sand the wheels down a bit, otherwise you'll have annoying bumping going on as you move the platform truck. The factory "COULD, and SHOULD" have provided casters with brakes to prevent disasters from run-away loads. I'm seriously considering just pulling the factory casters, and installing ones with brakes if the screw hole configurations match the platform truck. There is a hefty rubber bumper that goes around the outer edge of the deck to help prevent scratching walls, ect.Although I'd love to find a platform truck longer than this for a reasonable price, there is something to be said for this size of platform truck. It's just right for getting around in small corridors, tight corners. I tested the truck out in my studio, which is actually a small house with some tight corners, and places where anything too much larger would not work well.I was able to fill up two of my thirty-ish gallon plastic trunks with gear, and stack them on the platform truck with no problems, as long as the terrain is relatively flat, or mildly inclined. I'd highly recommend straps for stacked loads on ramps. There is a vinyl surface on the deck, but if you're moving loads that are wider than the deck, then the surface won't be of much help. I'd recommend getting some adhesive backed vinyl, and putting some on the raised rim that goes around the existing vinyl surface to stop larger loads shifting. You might be able to find straps that have the ability to grip the platform's edges securely. Just don't try to attach straps to the bumper, as that might not hold well.I wish the factory had placed attachment points for straps to help secure large loads when negotiating inclined slopes, and ramps.I like the fold down handle, but once down, it would have been nice if the handle locked in place, as it does when extended. The truck is a bit heavy, but then it's made to support heavy loads. No getting round that.Still, it'll come in handy for my lighting gigs in terms of getting heavy boxes of gear between vehicles, venue, and studio, ect.Not particularly thrilled about the colour, which has a decidedly military look about it (olive drab green). But it's a utility tool, so who cares, really. LOL.It's easy to operate the handle, just step down on the release bar, and pull the handle up. Same for retracting the handle. Finally, I think the most annoying aspect of this product is having to pay to finish other people's work. I know partly assembled products save space in shipping, but wow! Is that bloody annoying, or what? LOL
