Both my husband and I bought a Lamicall stand for our tablets, mine an iPad, his a Samsung. Both agree it’s very useful and good value for the price. It is relatively sturdy and made of plastic but would not probably like being dropped on a hard surface, especially if open. It does mean you can easily read/ watch from tablet with hands free and when on a hard surface shows no sign of being unstable. My 4 * for versatility is simply because I would have liked ability to increase slope tablet is positioned on. However it is fine as is in most circumstances. There are two heights to position tablet. I always use higher one but I suspect this is a matter of personal preference. It is very compact and folds away for easy storage when on the move. Altogether very pleased with item. Can also support a mobile phone.

Before I bought this stand I tried out several others but none of them fitted my needs for a number of reasons.Either they were too bulky, or not stable, my phone fitted but my tablet didn't or vice versa.This stand folds in half and does not take up a lot of room when not in use, so it is easy to pop in a bag and take with you.It is not heavy and feels solid when in place on a desk, table or flat surface.It had an adjustable height of 2 places, which is fine for my usage. The bottom position does not allow me to put the cable in my phone to charge it but usually I have my phone on the upper height, so that does not affect me.The stand fits both my phone, a Samsung, and my Amazon Fire tablet.It is a very sturdy and durable stand.I am delighted with it.

I bought this stand for my Lenovo SmartTab M10, and it fits very well, even with the tablet in a slim cases (fatter cases may struggle). The main reason I bought it was to be able to read in portrait mode. However, the additional standout feature of this stand is the ability to adjust the height.The arrangement is fine on the flip-down tray of an 'aircraft style' seat train (UK South West trains), and the added height means I'm not peering down at it. The stand is sturdy and easy to use, and the tilt adjustment is stiff enough to be held at different angles (although as it's not notched, best to just extend to the full (optimised for viewing) angle).The only criticism I'd have is that it doesn't store completely flat - the curved bottom holders do not retract. This is however a small gripe, as otherwise the stand is light and portable (will easily fit into a laptop / other bag.I definitely recommend it for both portrait and landscape viewing!

I looked at a few different holders for my iPAD mini - the trouble was they were all good contenders. I decided on this was due to the slide-up feature so as to keep the iPAD mini safe from other clutter that can gather on your desk.Right choice made! Lovely quality, feels nice to touch. the colour is a winner for me in graphite grey. The stand mechanism is smooth and can be adjusted easily to different angles as you wish. The slide-up function allows space for wires to come from below which is my preference. The price point is very reasonable, and I think it will last a long time.All in all I was very pleased and impressed with my item. Functional and aesthetic!

I bought this tablet stand as I am working from home and needed something that wasn't going to take up too much room on my desk. I have purchased several other stands in the past which where big and bulky and did not have a great range of viewing angles so I was apprehensive about this product.When the stand arrived, I found that when folded, it is quite small making it easy to pop in you backpack or bag to take with you. The build quality is excellent. The holder is quite sturdy and the height adjustment to 2 levels is great but the most important thing for me was the viewing angle. There are no predetermined viewing angles that you must use like on most stands I have used, so the viewing angle on this stand can be adjusted to exactly the angle you require. Would highly recommend this stand. I have used several different tablet stands over the years, and without doubt, this has to be the best one I have ever had.

I did the ultimate the other day. I logged into a Teams meeting on my phone with the video on, from a hotel in Greece and no one at work was wise to where I was. The perfect little stand holds my phone at just the right angle for me to see the others in the meeting, and allows the headphone plug in the bottom. It folds up to about the size of a pack of cards. I use it at home too. It sits in front of my monitors and allows me to view items on my desktop and be on the meeting without having to move my head angle at all. It sits at the perfect height. Its very importtant to maintain eye contact in the call and it allows exactly that.

Increasing Facetime and Zoom use forced me to find something other than a couple of books for my iPad. The key benefit of this seemed to be it's portability, but although it is sturdy, it is also quite light. Not quite fold flat - (ledge to hold tablet sticks out a bit), but OK to slip into your bag.There are only two height positions down for transit or up for use, using a button on the face of the stand. (Up is 40mm). The back support is (right now) well frictioned to hold where you put it for the best screen angle. My I PAD Mini, in its cover fits into the front edge well, as does my naked Huawei tablet. Nice little device and I am happy.As an aside, I have discovered several other purposes for the stand. Works well with my Kindle, but most useful is when photographing Ebay items, which always were a sod to prop up. :-)

It does exactly as expected for my IPad Air max 2. It’s an older iPad now. Used to have a case that had its own stand but it wore out and got a new case that was drop proof but didn’t have a built in stand. Missed watching utube on my desk without having to have it in my lap. When it arrives it looks small but it all folds out and holds the iPad solid in place and won’t fall over. For £12 exactly what I wanted, have it away on holiday at a lodge.
