Good product.
After various analysis I have bought this. It has very strong body. Heating is OK. earlier I had vguard spring hot, which is not suitable for mild hard water. Stopped working due to corrosion. One problem is nobody called for the installation for more than 2 weeks. So I have installed by myself.

Venus is excellent always
Those who are searching for a good gyser, go for it whiout giving 2nd thought. Venus is always excellent in performance & thanks to Amazon for timely delivery of product.But I am totally disappointed with the free installation service which is hopeless & performed by worthless technician who does not possess any experience in installation. Immediately after completing the installation, I found leakage from the angular stop cork for which I've paid Rs 200 against no money receipt. While installation, he does not use the pvc gotka as provided by venus as he was provided 20 no drill pointer for that. He use wooden gotka in this installation against my will & the reason for not installing with provided pvc gotka & the tools for that is not understood. There is no supervision of venus in this installation process as no one called me for the feedback of Installation.In view of above, I would like to request Amazon to give a positive resolution against this defective installation although I've paid Rs 200 for angular stop cork installation.

ordered ivory colour delivered white.apart from that product is compatible in size and takes approx 15 mis to heat.free installatons provided by venus . Need to regster a request at customer care or venus website. Sevce center wll contact and come. No installation charge for that.3mode is there for water heatig also auto cut available. More or less good product .Recommended
