Always works best with my HP printer.

We have never used other brands of ink for our HP printer and it is getting harder to find them. The price is high but the quality is great and until our printer quits we will continue to pay the higher price for genuine HP cartridges. We have never received any damaged or dried out ink cartridges.

I once bought a Chinese knock-off brand of black ink because I thought it was a good deal, but the quality was terrible. I only buy genuine HP ink cartridges now. No streaks, printing is crisp and clear. Color is true black. Definitely worth paying extra for.

I love my HP printers, because they work perfectly and I have had no problems with them, except for problems at times sending pictures from my phone wirelessly to print them on photo paper. I am just so tired of the ink being so expensive. This ink was actually reduced several years ago in price and was much cheaper and now the price has skyrocketed again. I wish HP would consider reducing the price of these again. I understand why people start purchasing the generic brands, instead of the HP brand. Other than that, the ink is great and works perfectly and I have had no problems with it. I just feel like I am being taken advantage of and ripped off every time I purchase it, especially since this is for a home copier that families use.

This is a repeat purchase of much used ink cartridges. I won't use anything but OEM ink in my printer.

this black cartridge seems fine, but HP having problems with CYAN cartridges in 950 and 936 series.
