After one shower this rod was already rusting. After2 weeks rust had form over 100% of exposed area. i think "rust proof" in the product description was a joke by the manufacturer. Amazon approve the return.

Product arrived in packaging that was open at the top. It appeared to have been shipped that way, because the curtain rod was longer than the cardboard box. I was apprehensive and expected to see a damaged item upon opening the remainder of the way; however, the rod and brackets were fine with no visible issues. Installation took two people to position, and screwing in the bolts took some elbow grease, but nothing too difficult. Overall, I would recommend this product, although I did see a similar item for $19.99 at Home Depot after I had already installed this one. Since this is in our guest bath, it's not exposed to much moisture, and I'm unable to comment on if/when it starts to rust.

Was a little put off at first because it didnt seem to actually be curved. But ones I got it out it was better. My mom put it in and said it is working out great for them. I'll probably buy another one

This is a great product aside from the finish. The cups that attach to the wall are half plated chrome half not. And the rod itself isn’t chrome at all. Definitely not happy with the finish the the sturdiness and ease of installation is why I didn’t return it.

If you are going to try and put this up yourself, don't. What a pain... it's not worth it. And, straight out of the package, there were rusty/corroded/flaking bits on the end pieces. I'm sending this back.

Looks great! It was easy to assemble and makes the shower less claustrophobic!!!!

the screws to attach it to the walls need to be longer and larger

I used half of the rod for our shower opening. This is a zero barrier shower with open entry and mother complained it was too drafty. Used this rod to solve the problem. Installs fast and easy. Looks amazing in the space.
